Transparency & Governance

ARDA's governance structure is: General Assembly → Board of Directors (the highest decision-making body) → Executive Council → Secretariat, Office and departments. An independent Supervisory Board oversees the implementation of Board decisions, financial operations and regulatory compliance.

Governance Principles

• Major decisions are deliberated and approved by the General Assembly and Board of Directors per the Bylaws
• The Executive Council coordinates day-to-day operations
• The Secretariat, Office and departments carry out day-to-day business
• The Supervisory Board independently oversees decision implementation, financial operations and regulatory compliance
