Conflict of Interest Policy

Members of the Board of Directors, Executive Council, Supervisory Board and professional committees must proactively disclose any personal or related-party interest in matters under discussion and recuse themselves from voting, to safeguard the fairness and integrity of ARDA's decision-making. Detailed procedures are set out in the Bylaws.
